Typical Full Project Life-Cycle:

1. Contracting Phase | INTRODUCTION

Interview with Managing Director, where we sense your ambitions and challenges.  We begin a blue-print of intervention and discussion of methodologies.

2. Diagnosis Phase | ASSESSMENT

Working with key stakeholders, we gauge change readiness assessments; diagnostic measures, audit of all technology, filing, and process documents as needed.

3. Action Phase | STRATEGIC PLAN

A firm action plan in born, encompassing vertical and horizontal interdependencies, and designed trainings, new process docs, technology selection, development and calibration.

4. Implementation Phase | ROLL-OUT

We facilitate and train through interventions and workshops. The entire action plan is rolled out at all levels of the organization.

5. Project Evaluation Phase | ADOPTION & MONITORING

Using key indicators, we evaluate the quality of collaborative relationships and application of skills learned during trainings.
